🌀 The Adult DBT Skills Training
group (21+) is for people who would like to learn how to cope more effectively
with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors i.e.
negative thinking, self-harm, relationship struggles or impulse issues.
🌀Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion
Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are explored over three 14-week
semesters per year. This science based curriculum
reduces self-destructive behaviors and provides more adaptive ways to manage
painful emotions. |
