Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy sessions are held in various locations, including Westford, Chelmsford, Lowell, MA, Nashua, NH, and Westchester/NYC. Each location is situated beside a river or lake, providing a peaceful and tranquil environment for our sessions. During WATT sessions, we explore your challenges while surrounded by the healing power of nature. Towards the end of each session, we review and summarize your insights from the walk and contemplate solution-focused next steps while taking in the tranquil scenery. 

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

As a solution focused  DBT therapist, I help clients cope more effectively with their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors through individual and group therapy sessions. My goal is to help them build resilience and achieve their full potential in all areas of their lives. To this end, I provide customized approaches using tools and techniques from peer reviewed ongoing research in Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal and Social Skills.  With DBT, clients can better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence.

Telehealth Services

With telehealth, you can receive the support and guidance you need from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be. I am committed to providing the same personalized care and attention through virtual sessions as in person. I will continue to offer telehealth services using platforms such as Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, and WhatsApp for video sessions.
